1️⃣ What is Phishing Reporter?
The Phishing Reporter add-in is a reporting button located directly in your Outlook inbox, designed to simplify the reporting of fraudulent emails
2️⃣ How do I set it up?
👉 Go to your platform in the “Inbox” module
In step 2, click on “Install extension" :
👉 Go to your Microsoft 365 admin center
Step 1: Click on Load custom apps:
Step 2: Copy and paste the following Manifest into the “Provide a link to a manifest file” field: Link: https://outlookaddin.tryriot.com/manifest.xml
Step 3: Select the users who will have access to the add-in:
Everyone
A specific user or group
Only you
If you select “Specific users/groups,” you can search for the individual users or AD groups to which you want to deploy the add-in.
Step 4: Accept permission requests
Step 5: Complete the deployment
👍 Good to know: According to Microsoft, deployment can take up to 24 hours, but it's usually much less.
If you can't see the Riot Phishing Reporter add-in in your Outlook app, even after restarting the app, please check if the button is available in the web version of Outlook.
