1️⃣ What are badges for?
The monthly completion rate tells you whether an employee has done their mission. It doesn't tell you whether they have been doing it for a year without missing one, or whether they get to it in the first week.
Badges (or Achievements) are there for that: they reward consistency, responsiveness and long-term engagement. They unlock automatically, with no action needed from you, and are visible both to the employee and to you.
👍 Good to know: badges are tied to Aura, the engagement score, and not to Cyber Posture. They therefore don't measure an employee's security level — a very diligent colleague can unlock plenty of badges while still having room to improve on posture.

👉 Aura milestones
1K Club - reach 1,000 Aura points.
10K Club - reach 10,000 Aura points.
👉 Consistency
Locked In - complete 6 missions in a row.
No Days Off - complete 12 missions in a row.
👉 Responsiveness
Bip Bip - complete a mission within its first week, 5 times.
3️⃣ How an employee discovers a badge
👉 Step 1: The badge unlocks automatically as soon as the condition is met.
👉 Step 2: The employee discovers it in a reveal moment on their portal, at the point where they complete their mission.
👉 Step 3: If they miss that moment - because they left the portal partway through, for instance - a congratulations email tells them about it within a few hours.
Their profile then lists the badges they have earned and the ones ahead, with a progress bar towards the next one. That is what gives the employee a reason to come back the following month.
4️⃣ What you see on your side
From your platform, you can track:
which employees have unlocked which badges;
how adoption is spreading across your workspace.
