❶ Synchronization with your Active Directory (AD)
👉 On your AD
Create one or more groups dedicated to future Riot users.
It is recommended to have a single group that includes all your actual employees and excludes generic addresses.
👉 On Riot workforce settings
In the Settings > Team tab, configure synchronization with your AD / Workspace by selecting the group(s) created earlier in the AD.
Activate auto-sync : new employees will be added automatically, and collaborators leaving the company will be removed.
❷ Communication
If your previously test the module, before configuring your Awareness module, ensure that the program is disabled so that the Albert courses don't start before you customize them !
To do this:
Go to the Awareness module.
Click the two small bars (menu) to enter settings.
Ensure that the Enable button is unchecked
❸ CyberTeam informations
Go to Settings > General > Cyber Team.
Configure your cyber team:
These collaborators will be highlighted as cybersecurity points of contact.
This helps your employees identify the right interlocutors and improves adoption of your cyber initiatives.
Edit the team’s name.
Manage its members.
Define your cyber channel and add your cyber team’s email address.
👍 Good to know : Only employees who are active on the platform can be added as members.
❹ Validate my domains
Verify and validate your domains so that phishing attacks can be properly sent.

❺ Billing informations
In the Billing tab, update all your billing details.
In particular, change the email address for receiving invoices so that they go to the correct recipient.
