❶ Check and update your billing information

Before activating Riot, take a few minutes to make sure your billing information is up to date. This ensures that invoices are correctly issued and sent to the right recipients.

❷ Where to find billing information?

  1. Go to the Billing tab in your Riot space.

  2. Open the section dedicated to billing information.

❸ What you need to check (and update)

  • Company details: make sure the name and displayed information are correct.

  • Billing address: verify it matches the entity that will be billed.

  • Billing contact: update the information if necessary.

❹ Key point to remember

  • Update the invoice recipient email address: this is the most important element to prevent an invoice from reaching the wrong recipient (or getting lost).

    Example: accounting mailbox, finance, or any dedicated invoice address.

Once this information has been saved, you are ready to continue the onboarding with billing correctly configured.

❺ My number of licences and/or my billing amount are incorrect

If you notice an anomaly in the number of licences or the billed amount, contact your account manager or the Support team:

To speed up the process, remember to specify your organisation name and attach a screenshot of the billing page.
