❶ Check and update your billing information
Before activating Riot, take a few minutes to make sure your billing information is up to date. This ensures that invoices are correctly issued and sent to the right recipients.

Go to the Billing tab in your Riot space.
Open the section dedicated to billing information.
❸ What you need to check (and update)
Company details: make sure the name and displayed information are correct.
Billing address: verify it matches the entity that will be billed.
Billing contact: update the information if necessary.
❹ Key point to remember
Update the invoice recipient email address: this is the most important element to prevent an invoice from reaching the wrong recipient (or getting lost).
Example: accounting mailbox, finance, or any dedicated invoice address.
Once this information has been saved, you are ready to continue the onboarding with billing correctly configured.
❺ My number of licences and/or my billing amount are incorrect
If you notice an anomaly in the number of licences or the billed amount, contact your account manager or the Support team:

To speed up the process, remember to specify your organisation name and attach a screenshot of the billing page.
