An employee says they didn't receive the course reminder: what to check ?

1. Check the employee's notification channel (Team > the employee): was the reminder sent by email or by chat?

2. Check that the employee's synced email address is correct.

3. Ask the employee to check their spam / junk folder.

4. Allowlist Riot's transactional emails on your mail server. The sender address used by Riot is: [email protected]
