Riot

Every step to set up your workspace and activate Riot, in the right order.

📚 Your Riot activation journey

Set up your workspace, activate your modules, and roll out Riot to your employees, step by step.

Getting started with Riot

Connect your directory (Google, Microsoft, Slack or Okta) to import your employees into Riot and keep their list up to date automatically, or import them with a CSV file.

1️⃣ Sync your employees

Prove that your domains belong to you, then allow Riot's emails in your email system so that your phishing simulations reach your employees' inboxes.

2️⃣ Validate your domains

Name your organisation's cybersecurity contacts and choose how your employees can reach them when in doubt or in an emergency.

3️⃣ Set up your Cyber team

Choose where your employees receive messages from Riot (email, Slack, Teams or Google Chat), for everyone or only some of them, and find out how often they are reminded.

4️⃣ Choose your employees' notification channel

Prepare your Cyber Missions before launching them: mission content, delivery channel, reminders to employees, alerts to managers and competition between squads.

5️⃣ Set up your Cyber Missions

Check your organisation's billing details and the email address that receives your invoices, so that they always reach the right person.

6️⃣ Check your billing information

This section guides you through setting up Riot.

🅰 Set up your workspace

Create a phishing campaign that repeats automatically every month, allow attacks to be sent, then launch it: your employees train regularly without you having to do anything.

7️⃣ Simulation: set up a recurring simulation campaign

8️⃣ Prepare your awareness programme

Install the button that lets your employees report a suspicious email in one click, then enable Slash, which analyses every incoming email to spot the attacks your filters let through.

9️⃣ Enable reporting and malicious email detection

Connect Google Drive or OneDrive to Sonar, then turn on the rules that spot your company's data exposed outside: public files, sharing to personal accounts, email forwarding, AI tools…

🔟 Set up your rules against data leaks

This section guides you through activating the different modules.

🅱 Activate your modules

Before launching Cyber Missions, it is essential to introduce Riot to your employees: what to tell them, who should deliver the message, when and through which channels, with a message…

📣 Introduce Riot to your employees

Everything is set up, your modules are activated and you have told your employees about Riot. Last step of the journey: activate Cyber Missions, then check what your employees receive.

🚀 Activate Cyber Missions

This final section helps you successfully launch Riot across your teams.

This prototype demo is aware that you are reading “{title}”. It can point you back to the current article, but a production article-aware Fin contract is still follow-up work.

Prototype article-aware answer

Because you already asked about invitations, this prototype demo can add the follow-up: use the role selector before sending each invite to limit access to the teammate responsibilities.

Prototype role-limiting follow-up

This prototype demo suggests starting with your workspace profile, inviting the team members who need access, and then connecting the integrations you use.

Prototype getting-started answer

In this prototype demo, integrations are configured from workspace settings. Choose the integration, connect the account, and review the enabled permissions.

Prototype integrations answer

In this prototype demo, invite teammates from workspace settings, then choose the access each teammate needs before sending the invitation.

Prototype invite-team answer

This prototype demo does not have a scripted answer for that question yet. Try asking how to invite your team or open a source article. No production Fin API was called.
