👍 Good to know : A campaign must be in progress or completed in order to be duplicated. Draft campaigns do not allow this option.
1️⃣ Duplicate a campaign
👉 From the Simulation view
Select the campaign to duplicate > Click on duplicate.
👉 From the campaign view
This method is only for active, completed, paused or scheduled campaigns.
Go to Simulation.
Click on the name of the campaign concerned.
Click on the ‘...’ at the top right of the campaign then Duplicate the campaign.
2️⃣ Delete a campaign
👉 By selecting it directly
👉 By going to the campaign
Click on the name of the campaign concerned (current or completed).
Click on the “...” at the top right of the campaign, then “Delete the campaign”.
👍 Good to know : Any campaign deletion is permanent. You won't be able to find it again and you won't keep the statistics history.
