1️⃣ Steps to create my campaign:
👉 Step 1: Click on “create a campaign” (top right) from the Simulation page.
👉 Step 2: Select your campaign audience
👍 Good to know: If you select “all employees” The campaign will be sent to “active” employees on the platform. If, however, you want to activate or deactivate employees, simply go to the “Team” menu.
→ We recommend that you select an audience based on your templates. Indeed, we send a template randomly on the selection to one of the collaborators of the audience.
⚠️ In some cases, an error message is displayed. This message tells you that some of the collaborators are attached to an unverified domain name. You therefore need to take the necessary action in Settings > Domains.

👉 Step 4: Choose the rhythm and recurrence of your campaign
2 options:
One-off campaigns: you need to select a rhythm and then “end the campaign”.
Recurring campaigns: Select a rhythm, then “repeat the campaign”.
👍 Good to know: We recommend at least a monthly recurring campaign to minimize human actions on your side. This way, the campaign will automatically repeat itself every month across the entire audience.
👉 Step 5: Select the options to support your campaigns
Provide a short training session: The employee will be alerted to the fact that the campaign is an exercise. They will also be given a few tips on how not to get caught again.
We recommend activation to maximise awareness among your employees.
Send a follow-up report: The report will be sent to the entire campaign audience or just to vulnerable employees. The report will be sent by email in the form of a summary of the campaign's key indicators (number of attacks sent, vulnerability rate, etc.).
👉 Step 6: Launch the campaign
To launch your campaign, simply click on ‘Launch’ at the top right of your screen.

💡 Prerequisite: To be able to launch the campaign, you will need to activate the sending of attacks in the settings of the Simulation tab.
