1️⃣ How and when this contact is communicated ?
You'll define your emergency contact to ask for help. This will be displayed in emails, lessons and on the catch-up page.

2️⃣ How do I define my contact method ?
Go to Settings > General and then Cyber team.
Select the name of your team from the menu (you will be offered several choices of names).
Choose the members of your team. (Please note that they must be active employees of your company Team > Active Employees)
Choose the way you prefer your employees to contact you. You have several options:
An email address (prefer a generic email)
A redirect link to another page
A Google channel
A Slack channel
A Teams channel
👍 Good to know : Riot invites you to choose a team name and a generic email address.
