1️⃣ Why i would forward emails externally ?
If you outsource the handling of emails reported by your employees, you can automatically forward them to an external tool.
2️⃣ How ?
Go to your platform settings in the “Inbox” module settings :
Step 1: Enable the Forward feature
Step 2: Enter the external email address to which you want the reported emails to be forwarded:
👍 Good to know: You can choose the level of granularity for forwarded emails: either all reported emails, or only those flagged as fraudulent.
