Creating a Studio Course

Updated over 2 weeks ago

What is a Studio Course ?

The Studio module, available as an add-on of the Awareness module, lets you create your own courses while leveraging Albert’s added value:

  • A direct and privileged communication channel with your employees

  • An engaging tone adapted to your company culture

  • Accurate tracking of participation and progress

  • The ability to add courses tailored to your industry

  • The option to react quickly to cybersecurity news in real time

  • The opportunity to engage your most technical employees through advanced modules

This feature is particularly useful if you’re working toward a certification (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.) or need to address sector-specific requirements. It also allows you to broaden Albert’s use beyond cybersecurity—for example: compliance, internal security, or any other current topics relevant to your organization.

How to create a Studio course ?

1️⃣ Access course creation

Go to Studio > New course to start creating your content.

2️⃣ Choose a creation method

You can create a course using several methods:

  • A link: an article, a news item, or a public page (Notion, Drive, etc.)

  • A Document: PDF format

  • A ChatGPT prompt (e.g., “Write an article about the Target attack in 2018 and best security practices for retailers”)

  • From scratch

3️⃣ Your course is ready

Albert generates the course in just a few minutes, and you can personalize and edit it as needed: Edit content.

Just like a standard awareness course, you can then:

  • Preview the course

  • View detailed tracking and statistics

  • Share the course with a selected audience

Good to know 👍

  • Multilingual: your content is automatically translated into your audience’s languages.

  • Generation time: creation is fast (a few minutes), but may vary depending on file size or content complexity.

  • Statistics: once published, completion tracking and course preview work exactly the same way as for standard awareness courses.
