1️⃣ Smart Groups
This allow you to have dynamic groups according to certain criteria.
We have some by default groups but you can create new ones also.
Go to the Team module > Groups > Create group > Create a smart group
By creating a smart group you can :
Add as many criteria as you wish
Customise the criteria by selecting
The main criterion (e.g. have completed the course, have subscribed to the course, have been cheated, etc.)
The secondary criterion (e.g. a particular course, the number of times an employee has been cheated, etc...)
👍 Good to know: We invite you to put no more than 2-3 criteria per smart group so as not to narrow down your audience too much
2️⃣ Manual groups
These are groups created from scratch by the administrator. You can set 3 main criteria:
The person in charge
The department
The language
2️⃣ Use your groups
You'll find all your synchronized groups on the Team > Groups page.
You can filter them by synchronisation source and/or type (Favorite/Intelligent)
Groups are used in three of our modules: Awareness, Simulation and nudges.
They are used to determine the audience for each feature. You can therefore assign a group, whether intelligent or synchronised, to :
A single phishing campaign
An Albert course, or a manually sent course
A specific Nudge
👍 Good to know: These targeting options are numerous and allow you to refine your awareness strategy. Here are a few examples of inspiration:
A phishing campaign by department
A phishing campaign for a ‘vulnerable’ population, by creating an intelligent group such as: ‘employees who have been tricked in the last X days’ + ‘employees who have not completed the phishing course’.
An Albert course for a group of affected employees
