1️⃣ Key Metrics
👉 Overview Tab – visibility of different course statuses
Green > course completed
Gray > course belonging to a schedule that has not started
Red > course overdue
👉 Program Tab
Number of courses completed
Number of courses overdue
Coverage rate: % of the team receiving courses
Cybersecurity culture: number of courses completed, broken down by week or month
Top learners: ranking of the five employees who have completed the most courses
Average followed courses: average number of courses completed per employee
2️⃣ Accessing My Data
👉 Sort the visibility in the “Overview” tab by employees or by groups
👉 View the tab by program year (if you have multiple years configured)
3️⃣ Exporting My Data
Progress data on courses can be exported by employee in CSV format, covering all years.
The CSV file includes data from the past 12 months, such as:
👉 Status: courses to complete that are finished, overdue, or in progress
👉 Last interaction with Albert
👉 Number of days since the last interaction with Albert
👉 Visibility on all courses in the program with completion dates (and an empty field if the course has not yet been completed)
You can also download appreciation score from the Program module > “View insights” at the top right:
You will get detailed ratings per employee and the specific course for which the rating was given:
Other data cannot be exported, but they provide additional insights into how the module is being used.
👍 Riot’s Recommendation: What we closely monitor is the course completion rate, especially the introductory course, which marks an employee’s entry into the program.
Therefore, we recommend creating a smart group from the “Team” module < “Groups” with the criterion “Employees who are overdue on the Introduction course.”
