1️⃣ The employees tab
You will find a very simple color code to quickly identify the progress of your employees:
Grey: The course has not started
Green: The course has been completed
Red: The course is overdue
This means the employee did not complete the course within the allotted time, despite reminders from Albert.
👍 Good to know:
You can display only the members of a specific group by clicking on "All groups" and then searching for it manually.
You can restart all abandoned courses in 1 click by pressing "Restart abandoned courses".
You can export this view as a .CSV file for your internal reporting.
2️⃣ The groups tab
you'll find a view showing the % completion of each course for all the groups in your space. As a reminder, these groups come from :
Your synchronisation (Google, Microsoft, Slack, Okta)
Basic dynamic groups on the Riot platform
Dynamic or manual groups that you have created
💡 Prerequisites: If you click on a group, you will be redirected to the "Employees" tab. Then only the employees of the group will be displayed.
