1️⃣ When should you manually add an employee?
You have no active synchronisation with Microsoft / Google / Slack.
You have imported the initial list of your employees via a CSV file.
You want to add only one or a small number of employees without using a CSV import.
2️⃣ How to add an employee manually
From the ‘Team’ menu and the ‘Employee’ tab, click on ‘Add an employee’ at the top right of your screen.
Enter the employee's first name, last name and email address before confirming.
👍 Good to know: You can switch to a sync mode via Google, Microsoft, Slack or Okta at any time. This will make it much easier to update your workforce, ensure the import of existing groups and teams from your space, and add a new communication channel for Albert.
