Introduction
Once your content is created in Studio, you can integrate it directly into your training program.
It enables you to plan your course distribution just like any other awareness content, so it’s delivered to the right audience at the right time.

1️⃣ Share Your Content
From your Studio course window, click on the arrow to the right of the “Share” button, then select “Add to program.”
This will automatically add your content to the course catalog, available in the program.
2️⃣ Add the Content to the Program
You will then be redirected to the course catalog, where your new Studio content will appear.
Simply drag and drop the course to the desired position in your program.
To speed things up, you can filter the list to display only your Studio courses.
3️⃣ Special Case: Adding a Course Mid-Year
If you add the course in the middle of an ongoing year, a window will appear if some employees have already progressed past this step.
These employees will be notified immediately that the new course is available and will have 30 days to complete it.

Studio courses added to a program benefit from the same tracking features as standard awareness courses: completion statistics, detailed previews, and reporting.
You can reorganize the order of courses in your program at any time with a simple drag and drop.
This feature allows you to continuously adapt your program, for example by adding courses related to cybersecurity news or topics specific to your organization.
