☝️ The rhythm described below is the one used by the due-date programme. If your workspace runs on Cyber Missions, your courses are no longer delivered in these three blocks but grouped into a monthly mission. Section 4️⃣ covers that case.
1️⃣ What is the rhythm of my program ?
The course program is divided into 4 main blocks:
1: Courses sent on day 1.
2: Courses sent on the 1st month.
3: Courses sent during the year.
The course delivery interval will be affected by the number of courses per block. Example : If I have 11 courses in the “courses sent during the year” block, the rhythm will be 11 months remaining /10 courses, i.e. roughly 1 course per month.
2️⃣ Change the order of my program ?
👉 I can drag & drop the course to position it where I want.
💡 Good to know:
Pausing the program only affects notifications and reminders, which will no longer be sent.
However, if a course is added to a paused program, it will still be available to employees through the employee portal at app.tryriot.com.
3️⃣ Change the audience for my course ?
After clicking on the course, click on “configuration” and then on “change audience”.
👉 You will then be presented with 3 options. You can select:
Send to all my employees.
Send to a group only.
Send to one or more customers by selecting them by hand.
4️⃣ Viewing my programme in Cyber Mission mode
In Cyber Mission mode, the courses in your programme are grouped by mission, one mission per month. So you no longer set a delivery interval: you put the programme together, and Riot spreads it across the upcoming missions.
👉 The "Rest of the year" block
On your programme page, a collapsible block shows you how your courses are spread across the remaining months. It lets you see:
which courses make up each upcoming mission;
the empty slots - months with no course scheduled.
This is the best place to spot a gap in your year before your employees notice it, and to add a course where one is missing.
👍 Good to know: pausing the programme has the same effect in both modes: it suspends notifications, but the courses already added remain available from the employee portal.
5️⃣ The new programme view
The programme page has been redesigned to be easier to read and navigate. It presents your programme year by year, with an immediate overview for each course of:
the audience targeted;
the completion rate.
You no longer need to open each course to know who it is addressed to and where it stands.
👍 Good to know: this is particularly handy on a multi-year programme: reading it year by year lets you check at a glance that each year is properly filled, and that audiences are consistent from one year to the next.
