If your Vade Secure solution is not properly configured, some of these emails may be blocked by filters, which could distort your campaign statistics.
Here are the steps to allow Riot and ensure your test campaigns run smoothly.
2️⃣ Definition
Vade Secure is an email filtering solution.
Without adding specific exceptions, your Riot simulation emails might be mistakenly blocked.
3️⃣ Add an IP exception rule
The IP address used by Riot to send emails is: 159.135.234.25
This IP is dedicated exclusively to Riot and will not be used by third parties.
4️⃣ Add a group exception rule
The domains to be allowed are automatically generated by the Riot platform.
They should replace the placeholders domain1.com, domain2.com, etc., and be added in the following format:
domain1.com; *.domain1.com/*; domain2.com; *.domain2.com/*; domain3.com; *.domain3.com/*
