Riot in Mailinblack

Updated over a month ago

1️⃣ Introduction

Riot sends phishing simulation emails.

If your Mailinblack solution is not properly configured, some of these emails may be blocked by filters, which could distort your campaign statistics.

Here are the steps to allow Riot and ensure your test campaigns run smoothly.

2️⃣ Definition

Mailinblack Protect applies various checks (SPF, DMARC, antispam).

Without specific exclusions, your Riot simulation emails may be mistakenly blocked.

3️⃣ Add SPF and DMARC exclusions

  1. Add Riot’s IP address: 159.135.234.25

  2. Add the domains automatically generated by the Riot platform, replacing the placeholders.

4️⃣ Add antispam exclusions

  1. Go to: Mailinblack Protect > Exclusions from Antispam > Add an exclusion

  2. Add Riot’s IP address: 159.135.234.25
