Cyber Missions automatically pick up the courses defined in your Awareness programme, according to the audiences and rules you have configured.
Each monthly mission contains 2 courses at most, to keep it short and avoid a build-up. The first mission of the year is the exception: it keeps all its starter courses. Quarterly programmes, for their part, have 6 courses at most per quarter.
If an employee doesn't complete a mission, their unfinished courses are offered again in the following missions, oldest first, always at a rate of 2 per mission. No course is dropped: the employee stays on their programme year until all their courses are completed.
Riot pushes and tracks these courses automatically, then gives the administrator the information needed to identify employees who are behind or at risk. The administrator remains free to follow up or step in if needed.
