Cyber Missions automatically pick up the courses defined in your Awareness programme, following the audiences and rules you have configured. If an employee doesn't finish a mission, the courses they haven't completed are offered again in the following months, until the end of the year. A mission does have a maximum number of courses, though, to avoid a pile-up effect and discouragement.
Riot pushes and tracks these courses automatically, then gives the administrator the information needed to spot employees who are falling behind or at risk. The administrator remains free to follow up or step in if needed.
