This article explains how the notifications from Albert related to the awareness program are sent.
2️⃣ What is a notification?
A message sent by Albert to your communication channel listing the courses you need to complete within a given period and/or the courses you're behind on.
💡 Good to know : This period is defined based on the annual breakdown you're in:
First week
First month
The rest of the year
3️⃣ What are the different types of notifications?
👉 Introduction
When the first reminder is sent, and the first course to complete is the introduction.
👉 Courses to follow
List of courses that employees will need to follow over a given period.
Sending frequency:
Block - First week: Every 2 days
Block - First month: Every 7 days
Block - Rest of the year: Every 14 days
👉 Reminder before due date
List of courses remaining to be completed before the end of the period.
Sending frequency:
First month: 2 days before, 1 day before
Rest of the year: 7 days before, 3 days before, 1 day before
👉 Late courses:
List of courses that have passed the deadline of the previous period.
Sending frequency :
Based on settings in the awareness settings
Every 2 days or every 7 days
👉 Manual Notification:
There are several ways to notify employees:
Notify all employees with overdue courses.
As an administrator, go to Awareness > Program and click on:
Albert will then send a new notification.
2. Notify an employee individually
As an administrator, go to Awareness > Overview, click on a red dot (indicating an overdue course for an employee), and click Send now.
3. Notify an employee as a manager via their portal or escalation notifications.
To do this, they must go to their portal app.tryriot.com, then to the team section and click on the Cheer up button when the employee is marked as "overdue" :
They can also send a notification via escalation by clicking on Send them notifications.
👉 Good to know : By going to the employee's profile and in "Courses," you can find a lot of information :
Where the employee is in their courses, the list of reminders sent with precise dates. This will help you better understand certain operations.
