An employee is notified when their mission starts, then receives follow-ups if they haven't completed it. These follow-ups are triggered by the progress of the people around them: their company reaches 75%, their team or a rival team reaches 80%, or a colleague has just finished.
They are capped at 3 per month — 6 if leaderboards are enabled — with at least 4 days between two follow-ups.
