Courses you create with Studio can now be assessed just like courses from the Riot catalogue. You write (or generate) the evaluation questions for your course: they feed into your employees' monthly evaluation.
💡 Prerequisite: admin rights on your Riot workspace and a course created with Studio.
❶ What are evaluation questions for?
Evaluation questions are the ones that appear in the monthly evaluation task, offered at the start of each Cyber Mission (except the first). For a Studio course, you choose these questions yourself.
👍 Good to Know: do not confuse these questions with the quizzes placed inside a Studio course. Quizzes are configured in the course content editor and their results appear in the Quiz tab. See Adding a quiz to your Studio course.
❷ Create the evaluation questions for a Studio course
👉 Step 1: open the Studio course concerned.
👉 Step 2: click the … menu of the course.
👉 Step 3: click Add evaluation questions. [À VÉRIFIER : libellé exact affiché dans l'UI, à confirmer pour chaque langue]
👉 Step 4: choose one of the two options:
let Riot generate questions;
write or edit the questions yourself.
👉 Step 5: publish your questions.
❸ What happens once the questions are published
Published questions are used by the evaluation engine, like any question from a Riot course.
Translations are automatic: they are triggered when the questions are published.
Questions left as drafts are ignored.
👍 Good to Know: publish your questions so that they are taken into account. As long as they are drafts, the evaluation ignores them.
Key takeaways
Each Studio course can have its own evaluation questions, from the course's … menu.
You can have Riot generate them or write them yourself.
Only published questions count, and they are translated automatically.
Quizzes placed inside a Studio course are a separate setting, in the Quiz tab.
